Retreat

Teignmouth, South Devon, is in a beautiful part of the West Country.

As well as my own home here I have a separate very private and comfortable apartment which is available for long or short retreats. It is on the second floor of a modern development and both the sitting room and bedroom look out to sea. The views are endlessly changing and include cargo ships and fishing boats coming into the port, surfers and rowers on the water and a strangely fascinating car park and lifeboat station between the apartment and the sea.

And if you would like to combine a peaceful break with some extra help I can refer you to some excellent local practitioners (Alexander Technique, other homeopaths, various counselling and psychotherapy practitioners, kinesiology, Buteyko, Reiki, etc.) who can provide you with a complete therapeutic retreat.
